Carrots!

We've found a teether that Brooklyn won't let go of. CARROTS! Zach gave her one when he came home for his first break and she wouldn't let go of it until I took it away at nap time. I think they are perfect for her because of their size. We give her the fat ones but they are just perfect for her little hand, and she can't chew through them.

On another note...

We took Brooklyn to see a surgeon today about her belly button (it has a hernia). He told us that it looks fine to him. He said to keep checking it and if it continues to grow then she'll have to have surgery. This was a relief. The NP we took her to said that it wouldn't fix itself but the surgeon assured us it's not as bad as it looks. He told us that if we're worried that it's growing to bring her back in a few weeks and he'll check her out again.

As he finished up with us Brooklyn started to be silly. She was squinting at him and smiling and waving bye bye. We were all laughing. She's a cutie.

Britt well I am glad that she is doing ok. I love the carrots that is a good idea then she gets a little bit of flavor as well. If you putt them in the freezer it makes it nice for her poor little gums. You better watch out she is flirting with men already.
I love you guys

I love these pictures. A carrot for the little "carrot top." She is so darn cute. And glad to hear about the little belly button hernia. Gosh, maybe I wouldn't have had to do anything about your Dad's many years ago. But that is good news about little Brooklyn. Love, Grandma Pam
